2012 Provincial Calendar

The calendar below shows the tournaments which take place in the Western Province. Full details of all tournaments are available in the monthly edition of the SA Archer. All tournaments, unless otherwise stated start with:

Registration from 8h00 - 08h15am
Practice from 08h00 with the first scoring arrows at 9am.

Note that tournament entry fees for 2012 are as follows:

Only pre-registrations received before 4pm on the Friday before a tournament are eligible for the pre-registration discount. All archers that register after 4pm will be liable for the full registration fee.

Archers who are not members of SANAA are liable for a R50 visitors fee for all FITA and SANAA sanctioned tournaments (this excludes the DISA tournaments and Club tournaments).

The hosting club is responsible for the tournament, including the venue, preparation of the butts, score sheets and field equipment. Pre-registration is encouraged for all tournaments and required for the indoor tournaments and will be announced on the website prior to the event.

FITA sanctioned tournaments are indicated in red and internationally recognised FITA stars and FITA Target Awards can be claimed at these tournaments.
